My Sestina / NZ Writing

There was an enormous caterpillar

I remember it wrapping up Tacko

Tacko was the only person there

I cut the creature- saved Tacko

We were trying to find treasure

I got treasure & Tacko got Coronavirus


This Is My Sestina for NZ Writing. We will be sending these to a school in Hamilton. We are looking forward to reading theirs. 

The first line has to be something you saw on a made-up journey. 
The second line has to be something you remembered. 
The third line has to be a person with me (Tacko). 
The fourth line has to be Something cool that didn't actually happen. 
The fifth line has to be the reason for the Journey. 
And the last line can be anything you want.

    Hi Kobe, I like your sestina and how well you explained to the readers what you had been learning! Maybe next time you could double check the amount of words you have because in the top line you have 5 words instead of 6!
